Is there a topical product to reduce the appearance of facial scars?

I have a scar above my upper lip from a recurring fever blister... I used neosporin on it when it was there but now there%26#039;s a scar that%26#039;s been there for about a month or so now - is there any kind of product to reduce the appearance or possibly get rid of it?|||rose oil.
