How to get rid of pimple scars?

I have so many pimple scars. How do I get rid of them?|||Almost all acne scar treatments available today rely on the simple principle of removing the scarred layer of epidermis, the skin will naturally restore that skin with newer, smoother skin and consequently removing any unwanted scarring, regardless of what caused the scars.

Chemical peels are a mild approach to getting rid of acne scars. Basically, a chemical peel is a lot like an exfoliating scrub that you use at home, only the chemicals involved are a little more sophisticated and a little harsher.

Creams consisting of alpha hydroxy. But be careful of the concentrations you use - any thing higher than 20% can be fatal to your skin.

Microdermabrasion is mechanical exfoliation that removes the uppermost layer of dead skin cells from the face, chest and hands, fades acne scars, diminishes sun damage, fine lines and wrinkles, enlarged pores, and coarse textured skin.

Laser resurfacing is one of the best acne scar treatments. This method is typically performed on people who have severe acne scarring, and is typically done by dermatologists.

Drink plenty of water: Water has amazing properties of cleansing and rejuvenation.

Eat fruits and vegetables: Fruits and vegetables contain many vitamins and minerals that can help your skin return to their original beauty.

Keep a balanced and nutritious diet: you can not easily remove acne scars by just applying natural products for acne scars in your skin. A huge part of the healing process is to provide a balanced and nutritious diet, which helps in the growth of new, healthy skin.

Apply aloe vera: aloe vera gel or juice helps get rid of acne scars and makes your skin healthy. There are many brands of aloe vera gel or juice on the market today.

Some people claim also that Merderma almost completely fades acne scars. So you may want to try that also.|||There are many creams available to help fade scars, and also professional treatments such as chemical peels, dermabrasion and laser scar removal.

Make sure that you go to a qualified certified doctor for any type of dermabrasion or laser treatments, not a shop in the mall!|||My scars have faded over time, so even if you do nothing, they might fade or go away entirely.

Or you could go to a dermatologist. I understand that there are creams and procedures that can lessen the appearance of scars.
