Will my chance at being hired for a job be limited because I have self-mutilation scars on my arms?

I also take medicine for anxiety. Will either of those lower my chance at getting hired for a job at a drugstore? What about later in life when I am going for a different job?|||The scars obviously could influence an prospective employer who saw them, now or later in life. Any chance you can hide them, maybe with a long sleeved shirt? And later on, you might want to talk to a plastic surgeon to see if anything could be done to reduce the scars.

However, if you were answering the phone or a job with low stress then I probably would not care. It%26#039;s more important that I have someone who will show up everyday on time and perform the job. So during interviews - stress those qualities.

But if they do ask then just say that you made a mistake and you know that. But it shouldn%26#039;t effect weather you get the job or not.
