What movie has someone get a needle to inject stuff in their back & then their scars just peel off?

The scene has someone laying on a table and they have scars that make it look like they were burned in a fire. There is like one or two needles and it starts off slowly but then quickly the needle(s) start sweeping over their back and once the injections are done, they sit up and the doctor takes a piece of gauze and uses it to just wipe the scars off.
