Permanent makeup to camouflege scars? does this really work and what happens when the skin color ink fades?

does it turn green/blue or what color?if anyone knows a good artist let me know some info


thanx!|||Don%26#039;t get permanent makeup if you have scares they have a lot of make up you can use to cover them if you get permanent makeup you will be sorry you will not be able to change you look as easy and as women you know we like to change all the time also when you get old that may not be to flattering also consider the fact that you may be able to have your scars corrected if not now maybe later you know how fast they come up with new things to make people look better I know this wasn%26#039;t your question but I felt I needed to say this to you.
