How do i get scars from previous cut, scrapes, &mosquito bites off?

I like to scratch mosquito bites and cuts. puting medicine on doesnt seem to wtop them from itching. anyone with any remedies to stop them from itching and getting the scars off?|||Bactine spray which seals and coats the bites to keep the air off (which causes the itching) should help, or try using calomine lotion. Try vitamin E cream, if the wound is still fresh buy something called grani flex... its a type of plaster that helps stop scarring. Once you are scarred its hard to get them off, for itching put on mecuracrome or methialate. It makes the area go red, but it stops the itching.
