What can I do about small, purplish scars on my legs?

I have a light complexion, andl thin skin. I am not diabetic, (been checked), but if I get a mosquito bite or some minor irritation, it takes a while for it to heal and leaves a purplish scar that takes forever to fade.|||coco butter. I heal slow as well. It is horrible.
