What makeup can i use to cover up scars?

i don%26#039;t mean like acne scars, i mean like white scars horizontal across my left forearm on the underside. i tried like covergirl coverup and foundation but it doesn%26#039;t blend in with my skin and it doesn%26#039;t cover up the scars.





is there a special makeup i can buy? like for tattoos there%26#039;s makeup to cover those up....is there some for scars?|||I have the same issue with a scar on my hand..I am a makeup artist and the only thing I have found to cover this or any scar is Dermablend cover creme. It comes in a black and white compact, and covers anything from tattoos to scars. hands down the best and it doesn%26#039;t look made up.





It is a little expensive but it takes very little to cover and it doesn%26#039;t sweat off or even wash off..you have to use a really good makeup remover to even get it off. It lasts forever and honestly a little dab will do ya! I have used it on myself as well as my clients and have had the same compact of it for about 2 years...so it is well worth the price. You should rub your fingers together first then put a small amount on then blend it with the tips of your fingers...rubbing them together first allows it to glide smoothly because it is a thick compacted creme...but dries fast and needs no powder to finish it.





I know you can order it via the internet and Dermablend is a division of L%26#039;oreal USA.|||Theatrical Make-up will cover that, But Airbrush Legs by Sally Hansen does wonders. It covers well and it won%26#039;t rub off.|||I don%26#039;t know a type of makeup to cover scars but Maderma works great for getting rid of them. I burned myself with a curling iron once and now I can%26#039;t even see it! I don%26#039;t know if that%26#039;s how you spell it but look it up online and I;m sure it will come up!|||You might want to try going to a tattoo parlor and asking if they have anything that covers up tattoos, this can work for scars, although I don%26#039;t know what the name of these products are.|||bio oil
