What is the best way to remove scratches on your car from winter snow removal? Ihave some grey scars on my car

This was my first winter in Canada where I had to clean all the snow on my car. This resulted in some grey scratches on my car. My car is silver. How can I fix these grey scars. Let me know the product name and the method.

If it%26#039;s thru to the grey, thats sounds like you%26#039;ve scratched it to the body primer (applied before painting the body colour) It sounds like a job for a body shop|||Use auto body rubbing compound. It is applied as if waxing your car. For minor scratches, it works.
