Is there an over the counter product that helps reduce the appearance of scars?

I have a few deep scars on my cheek that I want to work on....I dont have thousands of dollars to pay for laser surgery...anything that would help?|||Yes there are several good products. I have a major scar on my forehead that I used the dermabrasion on and it worked. Good luck.
