All along the under side of my left hand are scars from when I used to cut myself. It%26#039;s been four years since I%26#039;ve ever cut myself and this has come back to haunt me. What once was a %26quot;relief%26quot; to me is now a problem I have to face with on a daily basis. All the cuts are deep and so visible to everyone around me. how do I get rid of them?
