How do I get rid of acne scars? How long do they stay?

I am 18 years old and I have acne scars on my cheeks. They seem to be just mild, but I still want to get rid of them. Anyone know how long they are supposed to last? Because I have had them for maybe 3 years now. Also, how do I get rid of them or at least make them lighter?|||I have found that sudocrem works real well, you can find it on ebay.com|||Acne scars cant be cured over night... i have always found once i come back from the beach my acne, scars look better... something in the sea water, youve heard it helps heal wounds well it helps for acne aswell


So spend as much time in the ocean... simple and keep getting that salt water on the acne area as often as you can
