Can I get rid of acne scars by staying in the sun?

Is it possible to get rid of acne scars by staying in the sun?

Please use sources if possible, if it isnt possible then just skip it and use personal references or whatever.

I need urgent help!|||Hi Eric,

The watery gel from Aloe Vera plant is a highly effective natural cure against Acne. The enzyme-rich gel has very soothing anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. It can also be taken internally and helps clean up and detox the digestive tract. This in turn can help clear up the skin.

Gel or juice of Aloe Vera is highly useful in fading of acne scars. You can grow Aloe Vera plant in your home and apply freshly taken pure Aloe Vera gel to your scar. Otherwise many branded cosmetic companies manufactures pure Aloe Vera gel, so you can choose the best cosmetic companies to get Aloe Vera gel.

Vitamin A is also a natural and effective Acne cure. Vitamin A promotes healthy skin.

Vitamin E also helps in countering Acne. It is a natural antioxidant and beneficial for the skin.

Tea Tree Oil is obtained from the Melaleuca alternifoliais tree from Australia. It is very effective against Acne as it contains bacteria-fighting substances called Terpenes. Acne is often caused by bacteria and the Terpenes either outright kill them or weaken them enough to be destroyed by protective antibodies. There are very little side effects from using Tea Tree Oil.

Hyperpigmentation is usually associated with exposure to ultra-violet radiation from the sun, acne inflammation, or other skin injuries.

Avoid the sun on the damages area; once a scar gets burned or tanned, a dark spot will always be present.Sun exposure should be limited by using a sunscreen agent, a sun blocking agent, or protective agent of protective clothing to cover bleached skin after treatment is completed in order to prevent darkening from reoccurring.

The sun has miraculous effects,it dries out the spots! The skin will have a more clear complexion, aparently your acne is gone. But the skin exposed to the sun has the tendency to get greasier. After around 3 weeks the acne reactivates!

I really doubt you can get rid by scars by staying in the sun.I think its the reverse.

There is a chemical in most moisturizers that temporary fill in the scars,so invest in a good one.|||Eric, The answer is absolutely a NO.

Acne worsen if you expose your skin too much to sun especially the mid-day sun.

Apply lemon juice to lighten the scars but this will take a while.

You can visit a doctor who can tell you some skin lightning products like glycolic acid. Using too much of it can make skin sensitive to sun and cause breakout.

Usually acne scars heal on their own in months if not in weeks depending how much the pimple caused damage to skin.

Besides avoid mirror as much as possible and look into it only when required this will calm your nerves and wouldn%26#039;t agitate you.|||Nop, the sun helps drying pimples, but scars aren%26#039;t pimples, right?

For scars you will need to get a facial cream.

It takes time to get rid of scars, but every time I see my desmatologist, she says: %26quot;Yeah, you defnitely look better%26quot; (and I don%26#039;t even pay her because she%26#039;s a friend of my mum :))|||No i don%26#039;t think so that acne can be cured by staying in the sun.You should follow something natural other than this to cure your Acne.

Acne is a common skin condition, caused by changes in the pilosebaceous units, skin structures consisting of a hair follicle and its associated sebaceous gland via androgen stimulation. It is characterized by noninflammatory follicular papules or comedones and by inflammatory papules, pustules, and nodules in its more severe forms. Acne vulgaris affects the areas of skin with the densest population of sebaceous follicles; these areas include the face, the upper part of the chest, and the back. Severe acne is inflammatory, but acne can also manifest in noninflammatory forms.Acne lesions are commonly referred to as pimples, blemishes, spots, zits, or acne

My dermatologist told me that peeling is the best solution in removing acne scars. After peeling you should apply sun block and avoid any contact under the sun as possible because it will make your face worse.|||absolutly not!!

Its not scars..

Its red spots or hyperpigmentation.

To get rid of it, you get products.

The best one is scarzone or black licorise soap.

expose to the sun actually makes them darker!

bio oil might work on your dark spots 2..|||Staying in the sun will not get rid of any type of scar you have. Many times it makes them stand out more because scars do not tan as evenly as undamaged skin. Your best bet is to use an FDA approved scar cream such as Mederma.|||For acne ,darkspots, blemishes, warts and other
