which can be bought here in philippines..the one that cannot clog pores, because i%26#039;m the one who is easily exhausted, so the tendency is my pores are so much open..
can you also give me advices about facial and skin care? whenever you%26#039;re always lacking of sleep, stressed and many works to do always..|||I hate acnes!
1st advice: If you have extra money and time, see a dermatologist but all the medication and the process of applying them is really painstaking in the morning and in the evening. It took me 30 minutes before! You have to wait for 5 or 10 minutes before the 1st cream dries before you apply the next. Treatments are also costly and there is really no absolute guarantee.
2nd advice: ProActiv is a good choice but if you do not like application on the skin, you can use an oral pill like Alcuzinine. ProActiv is available at Watsons while Alcuzine is available online. Note that both products have been surveyed as the top 2 anti-acne products in the US.
3rd advice: You can buy spot correctors. I鈥檝e tried Loreal Zoom Spot Corrector and the one by Nivea. I鈥檓 not so sure if they worked for me though because I did not notice any changes. You can try them and maybe either will work well for you. Both products are under P500. You can buy them at SM, Watsons or any mass market stores.
4th advice: To dry up your acnes faster, you can use a salicylic-based product. You have a choice of Clearasil, Clean %26amp; Clear, Pan Oxyl, etc.
5th advice: From Chris Gibson who has recently published a book on How to Clear Acne in 3 days:
Basic Secret #1: Using a Glycerin Based or Sorbitol Based Soap or Face Wash.
- Neutrogena may be a good start.
Basic Secret #2: Regular Exfoliation
- I use St. Ives for Acne-prone skin.
Basic Secret #3: Cut the Sugars
- no chocolates, sodas, cakes, etc for the meantime.
Basic Secret #4: Get Plenty Vitamin C %26amp; Water
Basic Secret #5: Use Sunblock to Protect Yourself from the Sun and Harsh Weather
- I use Mary Kay but careful because the product may not suit you. It gave my sister rash-like appearance.
I hope I鈥檝e helped! (鈥?)|||Go see your dermatologist and remove it!
