How to reduce acnes and acne scars?

how do I reduce my acne and acne scars, without using any kind of skincare products. and what food should I prevent from eating so that my skin won%26#039;t be so oily anymore. aside from that, sometimes my skin would be oily and sometimes dry. why is that? and the skin around my feet is always dry. how do I reduce the dryness?|||Take a couple of plastic bags for your feet, slather on a thick layer of Vaseline, just when you are ready to put your feet under the covers to go to bed. Put the bags over the Vaseline. Have an old hand towel by the bed to wipe off your feet in the morning. Your feet will be soft as a Babies Bottom.

Palmers Cocoa Butter cream in a short round jar is what my Husbands Plastic Surgeon had him use on his scars after several cancer surgeries. It keeps the scaring soft so it doesn%26#039;t thicken up

For your face. (My husband used to have horrible black heads) But by using a beauty glove (from Walmarts cosmetics dept) It is a woven slightly rough glove. Gently scrub your face every day with this glove and you will find it will open the pores and let the ick out of the pore pocket. Then after drying lightly spread on Neosporin while you sleep

This worked extremely well for him.

Eliminate high fat %26amp; fried foods from your diet. Eat lots of fruits, veggies and light on poached or grilled, fish, chicken or very lean beef or pork. The fat that goes in comes out through your digestive track or your pores or makes cholesterol in your blood stream.

Good Luck.

.|||Definitely for ur feet, use vaseline. It%26#039;s unexpensive %26amp; pure. It works VERY well. As for acne, drinking plenty of water helps %26amp; not eating a lot of chocolate %26amp; greasy foods. Foods w/ antioxidants r also good for ur skin.|||diet has very little bearing on acne but facial scrubs work well if not overused to reduce oiliness

i recommend oxytetracycline tablets but u need a prescription from ur doctor

they work great
